The developer of this application accepts no responsibility or liability toward users or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this application.

This application is a tool designed to assist with property management and payment tracking within residential buildings. It does not constitute a legal, financial, or accounting entity. Nothing displayed within the application should be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice.

Users bear sole and full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of all data entered into the application. The application does not verify the validity of payments, contracts, or any other user-entered information. The developer accepts no liability for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete data.

The application does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service at any time. The service may be suspended temporarily or permanently without prior notice. The developer accepts no liability for data loss or corruption arising from any cause, including technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from:

• Use of the application or inability to use it

• Errors or omissions in content

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
