Privacy Policy

This application collects and stores only the data necessary for its core function: managing residential buildings, apartments, and payments. This policy explains what data is collected, where it is stored, and how it is handled.

The following data may be collected and stored:

• Account credentials (email address and hashed password)
• Profile information (name, phone number)
• Apartment and building information
• Payment and expense records
• Session tokens for authentication

All data is stored exclusively in Supabase (supabase.com), a third-party database platform. Supabase stores data on secure servers and applies its own security and compliance standards. You can review Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Your data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party, advertiser, analytics service, or external organization. The only party that handles your data is Supabase, solely for the purpose of storage and retrieval.

No external data processing, profiling, or AI analysis is performed on your data. Your data is used solely to display information within the application to authorized users of the same building.

Access to data within the application is role-based:

• System administrators can view all buildings and accounts
• Building administrators can view data for their building only
• Residents can view only their own apartment and payment records

Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile, apartment assignment, and payment records are permanently removed from our database.

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, which uses industry-standard encryption. All data in transit is protected via HTTPS.
